Reservations & Bookings: Reservations for dine-in or special events must be confirmed in advance. Requests are subject to availability and management discretion.

Menu & Pricing: Menu items and prices may change without notice due to seasonal availability or market conditions. Minor differences may exist between online and in-store offerings.

Takeaway & Delivery Advisory: For the best taste and freshness, takeaway and delivery orders should be consumed promptly. AHMEDIA is not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed consumption or improper storage after pickup/delivery.

Allergen & Dietary Information: Products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, or sesame. Despite strict hygiene measures, cross-contamination may occur. Guests with dietary restrictions should consult staff before placing an order.

Cancellations & Modifications: - Dine-in or takeaway reservations can be modified or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Custom orders (cakes, catering, or event packages) must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund.

Refunds & Compensation: Refunds are generally not provided for perishable food items. Exceptions may be made at management discretion for proven quality issues.
